At Beyond Basix, we want your experience to be smooth from checkout to skincare results. Here's everything you need to know about our shipping and return policies.

🚚 Delivery Information

Shipping Locations:
We currently deliver across USA and selected international regions. If your location isn’t available at checkout, please contact us for assistance.

Processing Time:
Orders are processed within 1–2 business days after placing your order (excluding weekends and holidays).

Shipping Time:

  • Standard Shipping (USA): 3–7 business days

  • Express Shipping (if available): 1–3 business days

  • International Orders: 7–14 business days (depending on location)

Shipping Charges:

  • Free shipping on orders above $50 (USA only)

  • Shipping costs will be calculated at checkout for all other orders

Tracking:
Once your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking link via email or SMS to monitor your delivery.

🔄 Returns & Exchanges

We hope you love your Beyond Basix products, but if something isn’t right, we’re here to help.

Return Window:
You may request a return or exchange within 7 days of delivery.

Return Conditions:

  • Products must be unused, unopened, and in original packaging

  • Proof of purchase (order number or invoice) is required

  • Due to hygiene and safety, we cannot accept returns of used skincare items

Non-returnable Items:

  • Opened or used products

  • Gift cards or promotional items

How to Initiate a Return:
Email us at Info@beyond-basix.com with your order number, reason for return, and product photos (if damaged or defective).

Refunds:
Once your return is approved and received, a full refund (excluding shipping charges) will be processed to your original payment method within 7–10 business days.

💡 Damaged or Incorrect Products?

If you receive a damaged or wrong product, please notify us within 48 hours of delivery. We will arrange a replacement or refund at no extra cost.
